Ready to level up? As an Assistant Manager, you'll help run the shop, motivate and develop your team, and make every guest's day sweeter. Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support scoopers & shift leads
- Keep daily ops on point: cash, inventory, schedules, opens/closes
- Set the standard for legendary guest service (and teach others to do the same)
- Help your team grow, learn, and win together
- Support community events and shop goals
- Hold it down when the Shop Manager is out
