Assistant Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you'll help run the shop, motivate and develop your team, and make every guest's day sweeter. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fun, values-driven workplace where growth, a culture you'll actually be proud of, and unlimited ice cream are part of the deal.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support scoopers & shift leads
• Keep daily ops on point: cash, inventory, schedules, opens/closes
• Set the standard for legendary guest service (and teach others to do the same)
• Help your team grow, learn, and win together
• Support community events and shop goals
• Hold it down when the Shop Manager is out

Pay

$20-24/hour (including tips)
