Responsibilities
- Communicating effectively with team members and gym members
- Conducting tours and welcoming customers
- Engaging in community events and activities
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
- Managing membership and training sales
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling opening and closing duties
- Managing communications via phone, email, text, and app
- Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others
Qualifications
- A strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- A friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor
- A genuine and honest personality
- Flexible availability
- Tech-savvy
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Experience in customer service, sales, and the fitness industry is preferred
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license

- Hourly + Performance Bonuses

- Part-time hours (with the ability to become full-time if a certified fitness trainer and able to work at multiple locations)
