Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist with daily restaurant operations, ensuring each customer visit results in friendly, personalized service with great food delivered promptly in a clean and inviting environment. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team.

About the Role

The Restaurant Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in maintaining operational standards and procedures, providing exceptional guest service, and working closely with the District Manager and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the direction of the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orient team members.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff while managing team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Meet health and safety inspection standards.
• Foster a fun, family-friendly restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Assistant Manager experience (high-volume food service preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; must possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills.
