We're looking for natural leaders to step into the Assistant Manager position at Domino's Pizza. This is a hands-on, operational role where you'll oversee shifts, manage teams, and ensure smooth store operations. Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, including greeting customers, taking orders, operating the cash register, and delivering products safely and courteously.
• Manage a team of 3 to 30 employees during your shift, ensuring everyone is in the right place at the right time and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Oversee all store operations, including cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Set the tone for the store by maintaining high standards in professionalism, appearance (in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards), and work ethic.
• Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products while adhering to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from the front counter to the back of the store.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a team; ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Strong role model qualities—punctuality, a positive attitude, and high personal standards.
