About the Role
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Qualifications
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, temperature changes, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Physical Demands
- Standing for most tasks, with walking surfaces including ceramic tile and linoleum
- Walking short distances for short durations
- Sitting for paperwork tasks
- Lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting and stacking onto shelves up to 72" high
- Carrying large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of pizza dough
- Pushing and pulling trays on dollies
- Infrequent climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting
- Continuous reaching, up, down, and forward
- Frequent hand tasks requiring eye-hand coordination, forceful use of forearms and wrists, and grasping
Additional Responsibilities for Delivery Experts and Store Management
- Deliver product by car to customer's door
- Deliver flyers and door hangers
- Maintain a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
- Have access to an insured vehicle for delivery
Additional Qualifications for Delivery Experts and Store Management
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying product
Additional Physical Demands for Delivery Experts and Store Management
- Carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages during delivery
- Driving within a designated delivery area, with several deliveries per shift
- Walking between store, delivery vehicle, and customer's location
- Climbing five or more flights of stairs during delivery
Training and orientation are provided on the job.
