About the role

You’re a natural leader looking to step up as an Assistant Manager at Domino’s Pizza. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll oversee everything that happens during your shift—from cost control and inventory to customer relations and team motivation. You’ll set the tone for the store, ensuring smooth operations, high standards, and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
• Manage a team of 3 to 30 employees during your shift
• Oversee all store operations, including customer greetings, order-taking, and cash handling
• Operate the cash register and ensure accurate, consistent product preparation following recipes and portion standards
• Deliver orders safely and courteously from the store to customers
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from the front counter to the back of the store
• Uphold Domino’s Pizza grooming and professional appearance standards

Requirements

• Experience leading a team
• Strong motivational skills and a positive attitude
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to serve as a role model for staff
• Flexible schedule
• Must be at least 18 years old
