The Assistant Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance tasks and ensuring the facility is in optimal condition.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks
- Ensure facility is in optimal condition
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and upgrades
- Document all maintenance activities and submit reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
