Assistant Maintenance Manager

The Role

Our Assistant Maintenance Manager is a solution-driven and effective individual who tackles mechanical challenges head-on. You are responsible for delivering a positive living experience for residents through the maintenance of the community and ensuring compliance with our "signature service". Key responsibilities include:

• Managing HVAC repairs
• Performing plumbing and electrical installations
• Taking care of general repairs throughout the community

Requirements

You are flexible in serving on-call any 7 days of the week 52 weeks of the year, task-oriented, punctual, and comfortable working through day-to-day tasks while meeting required deadlines.

Qualifications

We seek individuals with experience in building maintenance, unit inspections, and preventative maintenance, as well as a commitment to maintaining the community's appearance and ensuring all apartment homes meet the Gables Standard.

Skills

Experience in related trades and a strong commitment to excellence are essential skills for this position.
