Assistant Maintenance Manager

C&W Services is a global organization dedicated to fostering a positive impact globally through the empowerment of extraordinary people. As an Assistant Maintenance Manager (AMM), you will play a crucial role in maintaining site efficiency and supporting shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with safety protocols, conducting safety training, and implementing corrective actions.
• Operational Excellence: Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Leadership and Team Development: Supervise maintenance technicians, conduct 1:1 meetings, and develop structured development plans.
• Collaboration and Client Support: Act as the on-site point of contact, participate in daily site meetings, and provide feedback to improve performance and satisfaction.
• Administrative Oversight: Ensure compliance with training requirements, maintain CMMS data, and support inventory health and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in a management role overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field (preferred) OR 5+ years of relevant management experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certification in maintenance management or reliability (e.g., CMRP, PMP), expertise with conveyor systems and robotics.

$102,000.00 - $120,000.00

Schedule

Must have the flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends.
