Responsibilities
- Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on property
- Performs “make-ready” process for vacant apartment homes
- Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials and supplies
- Completes documentation and paperwork accurately and promptly
- Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs
Requirements
- Minimum two years of apartment maintenance experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- AC Certification I and II
Qualifications
- Willingness to work flexible schedule and on-call
- Ability to promote positive image of apartment community and management company
