Maintenance A

Job Responsibilities

• Perform Preventative, Predictive, and Repair maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Aid in the installation or relocation of equipment.
• Work any shift, weekends, shutdowns, and overtime as needed.
• Perform other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all safety rules.

Special Requirements

• Must pass Maintenance A test with a 70% or better score.
• Maintain regular attendance and can work in a team environment.
• Self-motivated.

Machines and Equipment Involved

• Use and be proficient with a Multi-Meter, Oscilloscope (preferred).
• Read and understand electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and schematic diagrams.
• Use welding tools including mig, arc, gas braze, and diagnostic equipment.

Educational Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Qualifications (Skills, Work Experience)

• 1 to 5 years’ experience preferred.
• Siemens CNC and/or PLC automation background preferred.
• Use and be proficient with welding equipment (acetylene torch, stick, mig-wire welder).
• Be proficient in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems with a proven mechanical ability.
• Use a computer for accessing and entering work orders.
• Rigging and lifting knowledge a plus.
