Maintenance A
Job Responsibilities
- Perform Preventative, Predictive, and Repair maintenance on production and facility equipment.
- Aid in the installation or relocation of equipment.
- Work any shift, weekends, shutdowns, and overtime as needed.
- Perform other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all safety rules.
Special Requirements
- Must pass Maintenance A test with a 70% or better score.
- Maintain regular attendance and can work in a team environment.
- Self-motivated.
Machines and Equipment Involved
- Use and be proficient with a Multi-Meter, Oscilloscope (preferred).
- Read and understand electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and schematic diagrams.
- Use welding tools including mig, arc, gas braze, and diagnostic equipment.
Educational Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Qualifications (Skills, Work Experience)
- 1 to 5 years’ experience preferred.
- Siemens CNC and/or PLC automation background preferred.
- Use and be proficient with welding equipment (acetylene torch, stick, mig-wire welder).
- Be proficient in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems with a proven mechanical ability.
- Use a computer for accessing and entering work orders.
- Rigging and lifting knowledge a plus.
