About the role

Our corrugated packaging business seeks to be the leader in helping our customers — large and small — package, transport and display products of all kinds. Our white paper business delivers Paper With Purpose by providing the highest level of customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities as well as answer break down calls in a Production Environment.
• Train to develop skills in multiple crafts.

Requirements

• 2+ Years’ experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• A Technical Degree in the Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.
• The production schedule is 3 shifts.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the US.
• Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus.

• Basic mechanical and electrical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job, which may include lifting up to 50 pounds.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range: $33.73 - $44.53 based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.
