Assistant Living - Aides

About the role

We are now hiring an Assisted Living Aide to join our dedicated team!

Responsibilities

• Provide routine assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with each resident’s personalized service plan and behavior plan.
• Ensure the needs of the residents are met with the highest degree of dignity, respect, and care, while fostering an environment of compassion and safety.
• Work closely with the care team to support the physical and emotional well-being of the residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with and care for cognitively impaired residents.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, and regulations related to long-term care.
• CPR Certified.

Qualifications

• Nice to have: Experience as a caregiver providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Nice to have: Experience in an assisted living environment and with behavioral support.

Pay

Salary Range: $18-19.00
