Live-in Care Assistant

About the role

The Live-in CareGiver’s role is to enable the person to enjoy independence from the comfort of their own home. This is an extremely rewarding role but can be challenging due to the remote nature of the community. We ensure that you build relationships and receive daily support and advice from your managers.

Responsibilities

• Enable clients to enjoy independence from the comfort of their own home
• Build relationships with clients and receive daily support and advice from managers
• Participate in regular face-to-face meetings and supervisions to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Receive support and advice to maintain a healthy work-life balance
• Engage in ongoing training sessions to foster a sense of team and community
• Receive supervision, mentoring, and support from the dedicated Right at Home team

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for providing exceptional care
