£750 - £890 per week
About the role
Live-in role with paid breaks. You’ll live in the home of one of our customers, supporting them with everyday tasks and personal needs so they can enjoy their life with dignity, independence, and companionship. We work with a range of customers, low to high complexity, single individuals and couples. The care team must be willing to work in a home with a family pet.

Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
- Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
- Manage their medication and prep their meals
- Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
- Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated care team
- Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
- Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance
- Work with low & complex customers, individuals & couples
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years Care Experience
- Experience with complex care required
- Experience with Parkinson's, Alzheimer’s, or Dementia preferred
- Ability to live with customers for agreed shifts
- Follow care plans and Bluebird Care Policies
- Commit to training, professionalism and confidentiality
- Have a Right to Work in the UK without sponsorship
