Responsibilities
- Manage client jobs within LIMS
- Oversee daily workflows
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
- Support inventory management
- Enforce quality control procedures
- Maintain SOPs and quality documentation
- Provide technical support
- Train and develop laboratory personnel
- Implement process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry
- Minimum 5 years' laboratory experience
- At least 2 years' supervisory or management experience
- Experience in a geochemical or mining laboratory
- Knowledge of ISO 17025 quality systems
- LIMS proficiency
- SOP development and implementation experience
- Strong quality control and compliance understanding
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
