Responsibilities
- Demonstrates understanding of daily prep sheets for each station and completes daily.
- Follows and adheres to daily routine checklists given by Lead Kitchen Manager.
- Confirms, rotates and enters product invoices.
- Maintains clean and organized BOH (back of house) during shift.
- Follows up with employees on completion of work prior to their clocking out.
- Product/submission of product ordering on time.
- Adheres to assigned budget for product ordering.
- Forecasts prep needs over multiple days.
- Involves in training all BOH employees.
- Good communication with Lead Kitchen Manager and Head Coach.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable on policies, procedures and food safety.
- Required to work 5 days per week.
Qualifications
- Full availability on weekends required for any management role.
Benefits
- Salary: $16.00/hr (base pay and tips)
Schedule
Store hours: 11am-8pm
Crew shifts: 7:30am-10:30pm every day
