About the role
Aspen Creek Grill is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager who is positive, outgoing, fun, engaged, open to change and challenge, and possesses a sense of urgency. The ideal candidate is a team builder who can coach others to be successful, a strong leader with a passion for genuine hospitality, and has a strong entrepreneurial drive. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of all back-of-house operations on opening, mid-, or closing shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment, a plus
- Hands-on experience in back of house
- Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage
- Familiarity with POS Systems
- Availability to work a flexible schedule (open, mid, close)
- Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
- Bilingual, a plus
