Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the residential facility
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to resident care
- Provide support to residents, addressing their needs and concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to manage staff and maintain high standards of care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Background check required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
