Assistant GM

Responsibilities

• Aid the General Manager in managing staff, which includes hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer complaints and concerns.
• Maintain financial goals by monitoring them and making necessary adjustments to meet targets.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies aimed at increasing revenue and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed by the General Manager.

Requirements

• Obtain a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Have at least two years of experience in a management role.
• Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Display strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
