About the role
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Domino's Pizza store. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staffing and scheduling.
- Ensure that all employees are trained in food safety and service protocols.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor store cleanliness and organize the store environment.
- Collaborate with other managers to maintain high standards across the company.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
