Responsibilities
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards
- Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals
- Train new team members on critical job functions
- Achieve department operation and profit targets
- Communicate effectively with crew and other managers to deliver the best possible customer service
Requirements
- Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
- Previous restaurant experience may assist in accelerating your growth (not required)
