Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals
• Train new team members on critical job functions
• Achieve department operation and profit targets
• Communicate effectively with crew and other managers to deliver the best possible customer service
