Assistant General Manager

About the role

Assistant General Managers help to lead the team everyday, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. AGM's are the first point of contact when the restaurant General Manager is not in the restaurant or on vacation. Assist GMs with business results and development.

Responsibilities

• Managing assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and General Manager

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
• Positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald's environment
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our family owned and operated restaurants
