Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage staff schedules and performance evaluations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained and restocked as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall store performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar field.
- Proven ability to manage teams and handle customer service inquiries.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
