Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of culinary, service, and event professionals fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Partner closely with the Executive Chef to integrate culinary operations with beverage, events, and service standards.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, evaluation, and career development for F&B staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Lead by example, ensuring all employees uphold service standards, punctuality, and appearance.
  • Manage and oversee all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and event functions, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, hygiene, and safety across all F&B operations.
  • Curate and execute creative culinary experiences and events, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure alignment, operational cohesion, and delivery of a world-class guest experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative food and beverage strategies aligned with brand vision and guest expectations.
  • Develop and manage the departmental annual operating budget, ensuring cost control, revenue optimization, and financial accountability.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences and proactively address issues or concerns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years in Food & Beverage operations, including a senior leadership role within a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred Associate degree or two-year equivalent specialized training or experience required.
  • Experience curating and executing creative events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail.
  • Preferred certifications: ServSafe Manager Certification.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
