Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic F&B professional looking to take their career to the next level as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. This position is responsible for managing the floor, staff, and guest needs in our restaurant and café. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, great communicator, and team leader to ensure our employees maintain high service standards and our guests have an amazing dining experience every time they visit.

Pay Rate
$65,000-$75,000 DOE
Maintain an engaging and welcoming atmosphere in MOLLIE Aspen's food and beverage outlets.
- Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations, including maintaining floor presence, maintaining inventory levels, supplies, expenses, and labor.
- Maintain a team, ensuring that employees abide by Food and Beverage SOPs and are given opportunities for ongoing training.
- Absorb and execute training manuals and processes for various F&B positions.
- Manage café staff, POS system, processes, and training as needed.
- Implement training manuals and processes for various F&B positions.
- Able to perform all front and back of house functions including but not limited to opening and closing, food preparation, and cleaning procedures.
- Arrange food, dishware, and glasses to make attractive displays for maximum guest perception.
- Deliver a unique customer experience through high quality products and customer service, increasing overall guest perception.
- Create and execute unique guest experiences with food and beverage such as complementary receptions and special events that enhance the guest perception.
- Keep all counters and work areas clean at all times.
- Provide guidance to guests on activities, dining options, and general area information.
- Clean up after customers and clean work area.
- Perform regular inventory to help maintain proper inventory levels.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by the hotel management.
- Absorb and execute training manuals and processes for various F&B positions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent guest service and problem-resolution skills.
- Understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of work experience in hospitality.
- The ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects that weigh 25 pounds or less without aid is required. Assistance will be necessary for objects weighing over 50 pounds.
