Assistant Field Operations Manager

About the role

This is a full-time position with benefits. The primary responsibilities include managing the infrastructure maintenance, damage prevention, and warehouse operations of the Water System’s Field Operations division.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure maintenance activities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of water systems
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent damage to water infrastructure
• Oversee warehouse operations to support field operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in water utility management or similar field
• Experience with asset management and maintenance
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of water treatment and distribution systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
