Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Aid the Labor Manager with data entry, crew travel coordination, fleet management, time keeping, and other labor-related functions.
  • Act as a bridge of communication between field labor, inventory, operations, logistics, labor management team, and human resources.
  • Assist operations with inventory accuracy, organization, and facility upkeep.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of company inventory over time.
  • Support the procurement team with purchase requisitions, invoices, and data management.
  • Support project managers with rental needs, job-specific purchases, and invoice processing.
  • Contribute to special projects and operational initiatives as needed.
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from the West Coast leadership team.
  • Support the team with various needs such as tool/hardware purchases, special event setup, F&B ordering, stocking office supplies, package tracking, local vendor runs, etc.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in field operations, corporate environments, and people management.
  • Experience supporting field operations or multi-site environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with basic Microsoft Office experience.
  • Must be organized with strong attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.
  • Fully bilingual is preferred.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally between field operations and management team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset who can track and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

About the Role

The Field Operations Assistant supports InProduction’s field operations across live events, temporary seating, staging, and structural projects in the west region. This role serves as a key connection between field labor, labor managers, inventory managers, and west coast management team to ensure operational execution aligns with project targets, labor schedules, inventory readiness, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical & Work Environment

This role is an onsite, Phoenix-based position that will vary between warehouses, job sites, and offices. The role will, at times, require extended periods of computer work as well as the ability to work outdoors and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
