About the role

The Assistant Outlets Manager supports the leadership of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel including Prairie Kitchen & Bar (3-meal full service restaurant with bar) and MPLS Market (coffee bar with quick order food and sundries).

Responsibilities

• Supports the leadership of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel.
• Trains, develops, and coaches colleagues.
• Manages internal and external communications.
• Manages guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of F&B experience required.
• Previous Supervisor experience required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to work with a flexible work schedule.
• Team player and dynamic leader.
