About the role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations, ensures food and service quality, manages labor, inventory, vendor relations, and cost control. They also supervise, train, and schedule employees, resolve guest complaints, maintain customer satisfaction, ensure cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment maintenance. Additionally, they work in any restaurant position as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring food and service quality
  • Manage labor, inventory, vendor relations, and cost control
  • Supervise, train, and schedule employees
  • Resolve guest complaints and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate reports, cash handling, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment maintenance
  • Work in any restaurant position as needed

Qualifications

  • Restaurant supervisory or lead experience required (full-service or fast food)
  • Proficiency with MS Office required
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage schedules required
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays required
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed

$49,500 Salaried + Bonus + Benefits

Schedule

Typical Hours: Mon-Sun; 2 weekdays off; 40-45 hrs./wk.
