Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Lead, train, and mentor restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Analyze financial reports and develop strategies to enhance profitability
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation
- Plan and coordinate special events and promotions to boost sales
- Ensure a clean and welcoming restaurant environment for guests
- Monitor industry trends to ensure the restaurant remains competitive
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
Pay
A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, plus an enticing bonus potential of up to $15,000.
