Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Lead, train, and mentor restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Analyze financial reports and develop strategies to enhance profitability
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation
  • Plan and coordinate special events and promotions to boost sales
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming restaurant environment for guests
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure the restaurant remains competitive

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus

Pay

A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, plus an enticing bonus potential of up to $15,000.
