About the role
We are a premium Indian Fusion Catering Company in the DC Metro area. We are currently hiring an Assistant Event Coordinator. This is an hourly position: $19-$23/hr based on experience and eagerness. Full-time or part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Catering Manager with maintaining client services and other duties as assigned
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- Weekend availability and will be working offsite at the events
- Scheduling client meetings, documenting, filing, maintaining office organizational standards - both physically and electronically, general office work, etc
- MUST HAVE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND PROFESSIONALISM
- Attention to detail and organization is important for this position. Must be able to work independently and take instructions.
Requirements
- Proficiency with computers, Google Office Apps, Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Must be available on Weekends
