About the role

We are a premium Indian Fusion Catering Company in the DC Metro area. We are currently hiring an Assistant Event Coordinator. This is an hourly position: $19-$23/hr based on experience and eagerness. Full-time or part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Catering Manager with maintaining client services and other duties as assigned
  • Must have your own reliable transportation
  • Weekend availability and will be working offsite at the events
  • Scheduling client meetings, documenting, filing, maintaining office organizational standards - both physically and electronically, general office work, etc
  • MUST HAVE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND PROFESSIONALISM
  • Attention to detail and organization is important for this position. Must be able to work independently and take instructions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with computers, Google Office Apps, Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Must be available on Weekends
