About the Role

The Assistant Stage Manager is an integral part of the onboard stage management team, serving as a show-caller swing in two main venues. You will own the operation of signature parties and Scarlet Night, ensuring a high-quality performance experience that is key to the success of the overall entertainment program onboard our Lady Ships.

This is a complex, multifaceted role requiring creativity, strong management skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

Responsibilities
