Assistant Engineer / Engineer (Spare Parts)

About the role

Abedin Equipment Limited is seeking a full-time Spare Parts professional to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer requirements and uninterrupted business operations from anywhere in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities

• Understand the spare parts catalogue to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled accurately and without interruption.
• Conduct overall planning to ensure spare parts availability, achieve targets, and sustain business operations at the Head Office.
• Prepare spare parts requirement plans in coordination with the Service Team.
• Develop a new spare parts dealer network to ensure the availability of parts to end customers in accordance with the company’s dealer policy.
• Prepare seasonal demand forecasts for the branch and dealers and share them with the Head Office.
• Manage Tally/ERP activities, including stock in/out, stock transfers, GRIN, availability and price checks, warranty journal entries, and opening and closing stock verification.
• Conduct monthly inventory audits and submit reports to the Head Office.
• Ensure the use of genuine spare parts and create awareness among customers, mechanics, and dealers about the importance of using genuine parts.
• Maintain 5S standards in the workplace.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share them with the Head Office.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience.
• Diploma in automobile engineering.
