Technical Support and Spare Parts Engineer

Role Overview

Support procurement and technical activities related to spare parts for manufacturing plants, including sourcing, quoting, shipping, billing, and quality checks. Provide technical analysis, plant training, and validation for specialized D-products. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure delivery stability, manage inventory, and optimize procurement processes. Assist in sourcing decisions, supplier validation, and technical support for critical spare parts.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and monitoring of regional spare parts and D-product rebuilds, ensuring quality and process adherence.
• Help validate replenishment stock orders, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate RFQs with Honda Motor.
• Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting manuals, and training to suppliers and staff.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing/engineering experience, with knowledge of HDMA D-products preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & SAP, with strong communication and business acumen.
• Willing to perform hands-on analysis and travel domestically and internationally.
