Technical Support and Spare Parts Engineer

About the role

Seeking a technical support specialist to assist with Maintenance Repair Operations, spare parts procurement, and production engineering for manufacturing plants in North America.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and sourcing of critical proprietary spare parts, including vendor validation, cost management, and logistics coordination.
• Perform technical analysis and validation of spare parts to optimize procurement strategies and support plant operations.
• Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting for D-Products such as weld guns and paint bells, ensuring delivery stability and quality.
• Manage inventory planning, monitor delivery schedules, and support rebuild processes to maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, including Honda Motor, for RFQs, requisitions, and order processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
• 0-2 years of relevant manufacturing/engineering experience.

Skills

• Proficiency in engineering principles, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on technical aptitude, especially with D-Products.
• Strong communication skills and business acumen in a technical environment.
