About the role
This role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and recommend annual recruitment plans to meet enrollment goals
- Manage the implementation of recruitment plans for prospective students
- Represent the institution at recruitment events and webinars
- Provide advising appointments for prospective students
- Oversee admission operations and scholarship processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and admissions, preferably in higher education
- Strong understanding of Jesuit values and theological education
Skills
- Skills in managing social media and producing marketing materials
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
