About the role

CTG is seeking a strategic, driven, and experienced Director of Recruiting to lead and scale our talent acquisition function. In this role, you will oversee full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical positions supporting government contracts, proposals, strategic growth initiatives, and new program efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies, partnering with executive leadership and business stakeholders, and building a high-performing talent acquisition team that enables the company's continued growth.

Qualifications

  • Absolutely must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance
  • Prioritization given to candidates located in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, including technical and/or GovCon recruiting
  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring recruiting teams
  • Proven experience developing recruiting strategies and partnering with senior leadership
  • Strong knowledge of technical recruiting, security clearance requirements, and government contracting
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Pay

We are committed to offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated range of $110k to $140k annually. Please note that this range is intended to provide a general idea of what to expect. The final offer may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.
