Director of Recruiting
Responsibilities
- Leading a team of recruiting managers and recruiters across multiple states.
- Developing and motivating the team to efficiently deliver essential KPI's.
- Partnering with the Regional SLT to provide world-class support and direction.
- Own the overall candidate experience and interview process for all departments in the region.
- Facilitating daily/weekly meetings with your team to discuss goals, candidate pipelines, and provide training.
- Forecast, track, and report on all recruiting metrics, current staffing, and upcoming hires for your team.
- Hold yourself and the team accountable to the goals set.
- Attend weekly Leadership meetings to ensure awareness of staffing projections for upcoming months.
- Prioritize “urgent items” – appropriate turnaround time to all internal/external customers.
- Continuous support and ongoing interview training for our leaders in the field.
- Travel is essential to support the business in state and out.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, a College Degree preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.
- 5-7 years of recruiting experience is required, high-volume experience is a plus.
- 3-5 years of managing a team of recruiters is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is a plus.
