The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - RN is responsible for overseeing nursing operations within a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in Texas
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Experience in leadership roles
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
