The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - RN is responsible for overseeing nursing operations within a skilled nursing facility, ensuring patient care quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing activities to ensure patient safety and quality of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Texas RN license
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Experience in supervisory roles
Qualifications
