We are currently searching for an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Harmony West Des Moines. Responsibilities
- Ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony West Des Moines by assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department.
- Achieve Nursing Department goals.
- Set and attain Nursing Department goals.
- Ensure the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
- Assist with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture.
Requirements
- As a minimum, an Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
- An unencumbered State of Iowa Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
- C.P.R. Certification.
- Two (2) years of R.N. experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience managing a nursing department is preferable but not required.
- Five (5) years of R.N. experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
