Assistant Director of Nursing ADON

Responsibilities

• Ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Waterloo by assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department.
• Achieve a positive and inclusive facility culture by assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture.
• Set and attain Nursing Department goals under the guidance of the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
• An unencumbered State of Iowa Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
• C.P.R. Certification.
• Two (2) years of R.N. experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing a nursing department is preferable but not required.
• Five (5) years of R.N. experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
