About the role
The Assistant Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing financial operations, budgeting, and compliance within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning and reporting processes
- Manage budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
