We need to output HTML fragment with sections only when there is real specific content. Use for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to parse the posting.
First, there is a "Highlights:" paragraph describing role. That could be "About the role". Then "What You'll Do:" list of duties -> Responsibilities. Then "What You'll Need:" list of qualifications -> Requirements? Actually "What You'll Need:" includes education, experience, skills, abilities. Could split into Qualifications (education/experience) and Skills (technical/soft). But we can combine if needed. However we need to follow instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Schedule: mention "Evening, weekend and holiday work is expected, as needed." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: Vincentian Mission, Required Background Check, EEO etc. Also remove "For consideration, please include a resume and cover letter." That's application instruction, remove. Also remove "Perks:" maybe treat as Benefits.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
Let's extract content.
Highlights paragraph:
"The Assistant Director of Housing Operations is responsible for creating, updating, and distributing residential agreements and housing assignments for the Lincoln Park and Loop campuses while overseeing the administration of the housing management software system. The Assistant Director of Housing Operations develops and maintains internal reports, occupancy audits, and tracking systems to ensure the accuracy of housing and meal plan assignments and billing. This position also oversees the day-to-day management of residence hall front desk operations, access control processes, and graduate assistant supervision. A key responsibility of the role is maintaining the technological functionality and data integrity of the residential management system. The position supports operational efficiency and accurate occupancy management across both campuses."
We'll put that under About the role.
What You'll Do: bullet list (starting with dash). Need to convert to

We'll put that under About the role.
What You'll Do: bullet list (starting with dash). Need to convert to - . The bullet list includes multiple items each starting with dash and sometimes containing sub-bullets? Actually the list is:

- Directly supervises 1 full time Housing Occupancy Coordinator and several undergraduate and graduate student employees. Assigns housing and meal plans, administers the housing management software (StarRez), and manages the residence halls front desk operations.
We'll keep each bullet as
- .
What You'll Need: list of requirements.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Windows, Teams, Zoom, Maxient, StarRez, WhenToWork and Salesforce.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Then salary: "The anticipated hiring range for this position is: $56,222 to $71,703/year. The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget."
We need Pay section with that info.
Benefits/Perks: "Perks: - Working for a stable and well-known University. - Top choice medical, dental, and vision benefits. - Retirement plan matching contribution of 8%. - Tuition waivers for employees and dependents. - Generous paid time off, sick time, holidays, floating holidays, and more! - Full-Time Benefits"
We'll put Benefits section with those bullet points.
Schedule: The "Evening, weekend and holiday work is expected, as needed." Already in requirements but we can also put Schedule section with that statement. However we might avoid duplication. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. If we put schedule info only in Requirements, that's fine; we don't need separate Schedule section unless we have schedule-specific content beyond that. But we could still create Schedule section with that line, but then it's duplicated. Better to keep schedule info within Requirements or maybe create Schedule section and remove from Requirements? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we can keep it in both places? That would be duplication, which might be considered not preserving but adding duplication? It says remove duplicated lines. So we should not duplicate. So we should keep schedule info only once. Where does it belong? It is a requirement about availability. Could be under Requirements (maybe under "Ability to respond...") but it's a separate bullet. We could keep it under Requirements as a bullet. Then we would not have a Schedule section. However the instruction says we should include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. If we don't have separate schedule content beyond that bullet, we could still make a Schedule section with that bullet, but then we would need to remove it from Requirements to avoid duplication. Which is better? The bullet about evening/weekend/holiday work is a schedule expectation. It could be placed under Schedule section. Then we would remove it from Requirements. That would avoid duplication and still preserve the info. Let's do that: Schedule section with that bullet.
Thus Requirements section will exclude that bullet.
Now we need to decide on Qualifications vs Skills. The "What You'll Need:" includes education/experience (Bachelor's, years experience, supervising staff, Master's preferred) and also proficient in software, communication skills, abilities, etc. We could split into Qualifications (education/experience) and Skills (technical/soft). But we could also combine into one Requirements section. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into one Requirements section covering all. However we have separate headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose to use Requirements and maybe Skills if we have distinct content. But we have both education/experience and technical proficiencies and soft skills. Could split: Qualifications for education/experience, Skills for proficiencies and abilities. That would be two sections, still not too many. Let's do that.
Qualifications: education and experience bullets.
Skills: technical proficiencies, communication abilities, etc.
We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler text. All have content.
Thus sections:
- About the role (h3)
- Responsibilities (h3)
- Qualifications (h3)
- Skills (h3)
- Benefits (h3)
- Pay (h3)
- Schedule (h3)
Now we need to extract content for each.
