Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Serves as an Assistant Director of the Office of Undergraduate Curriculum, Policy, and Records (OUCPR).
- Collaborates with OUCPR leadership and other office staff to evaluate quality of service and output goals.
- Audits systems and SRS staff output to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Represents OUCPR on College and campus committees, as appropriate.
General Responsibilities
- Develops and implements programs and initiatives related to student services.
- Measures and evaluates effectiveness of student services against projected outcomes.
- Provides guidance and oversight to 4 full-time recorders.
- Interfaces directly with students by attending events and meetings.
- Projects outcomes for services offered at the program, department/division, or campus level.
- Works with OUCPR leadership and other office staff to evaluate quality of service and output goals.
Education and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in higher education student affairs, public affairs, counseling, social work, education, business, or related field.
- 2 years in student services, higher education, or related field.
PREFERRED:
- Master's degree in related field.
- Management experience.
