About the role
This role assists in the direction of undergraduate and graduate admissions operations. Primary responsibilities include managing application workflows, supporting recruitment initiatives, and ensuring a responsive, efficient, and applicant-centered admissions experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage undergraduate and graduate recruitment and application processes, including oversight of workflows, communications, and application review within Slate CRM.
- Maintain process consistency and operational effectiveness across the enrollment lifecycle.
- Monitor progress across the enrollment funnel and implement process improvements to support enrollment targets.
- Utilize Slate and institutional data to monitor application volume, processing timelines, and conversion activity across undergraduate and graduate pipelines.
- Compile and interpret data for internal and external reporting; use insights to inform operational decisions, improve processes, and support recruitment and enrollment strategies.
- Advise and maintain liaison with the directors of various projects and special programs on campus and in outside agencies regarding admission of target populations.
- Counsel students and parents, review applications, determine eligibility, and recommend alternatives whenever appropriate.
- Absorb budget needs for respective areas.
- Coordinate admission of students, including assisting in recruitment efforts for assigned programmatic areas.
- Represent Office of Admissions at state and national professional meetings, college fairs, etc.
- May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.).
Requirements
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Required Experience: Three (3) years of relevant experience. Some positions may require specialized experience. Additional Qualifications: Considered Master’s Degree. Experience with Slate or other CRM software. Previous supervisory experience.

Schedule
Hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office/2 days work from home) for those with a residence within OH/IN/KY following 90 days of training. Residence must be in the tri-state area within reasonable distance to UC Main Campus to have ability to report to campus as required. Remote work arrangements are subject to change in accordance with university policies.
