About the role
This position trains and develops Product Sales Specialists and ensures customers receive exceptional customer service and product information. Key responsibilities include supporting store operations, managing staff, and maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store effectively
- Manage store operations including storage buy audits, markdown approvals, overrides, and cash office functions
- Ensure store presentation standards are met and maintain safety protocols
- Lead morning huddles, execute Power Hours, and function as a CARE Manager
- Provide direction to Product Sales Specialists for high-quality customer service
- Complete product specialist certification courses and ensure thorough knowledge of merchandise and installation
- Communicate standard operating procedures and changes to associates
- Perform industrial truck proficiency testing and certification
- Process customer transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Stock and tag merchandise displays
- Greet and assist customers, providing product information and guidance
- Follow cash, check, and credit card acceptance procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
Qualifications
- Physical strength to lift and move objects as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pickup Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
